October 18th: Fr. John visits!

Father John Ragheb of St. Mary & St. John Church in San Ramon will lead us in discussion on October 18th. Abouna will be driving a distance and taking time out of his busy schedule to spend with us, so please do your best to make time and come out as well. This will be on a Wednesday evening (which will be when we meet almost every week this quarter) around 7:30pm and hopefully on campus. If anyone has a better location for the meeting (someone's abode?), please email me.

An evening in review

Last night was fun, though we were missing many of you. We had an opportunity to spend some quality time with one another and discuss our plans for this upcoming school year. Details for this quarter's schedule will be posted on the calendar ASAP. Please refer to the agenda on the right side of the website or the "Full Calendar" link for an updated schedule of events. Fr. John Ragheb will be blessing us next Wednesday, October 18th (time and place will be sent as soon as possible). Hopefully we'll see you next week!

Kick Off Social Tonight

Hey everyone!

We will be kicking off the 06/07 academic year at UC Davis with a gathering at Lamppost Pizza, for directions click here. We will be enjoying fellowship one another and discussing plans for this upcoming year.

A couple ideas we will be discussing for this year:

1. Activities with Cal Copts (Berkeley) and FOCCUS DVC campuses.
2. Preferred speakers for the year.
3. Our role on the UCD campus this year.

If you have any other ideas for what we can do, bring them with you. We're looking forward to as much input as we can get.
